Enjoying a freshly cooked meal with the whole family. Listening to birdsong at night or coming to peace with the sound of crickets. Such moments, near insignificant but also brimming full of color, are where we can find the most worthwhile bits of living.

One activity that can easily be added to your day is the simple act of drinking a glass of water. Water is essential to our lives, and for that same reason, we often forget to take a moment and be mindful of our bodies’ needs. Thoughtful sips and quiet moments are an opportunity not only for a physical reset, but an emotional one, too!
